This Service Agreement is entered into by Light House Electrical Contractors (“Contractor”) and the undersigned customer (“Customer”). It establishes the terms governing the electrical work described in the scope of services accompanying this agreement.

Scope of Work & Code Compliance
Light House Electrical Contractors will perform the electrical work described in the agreed scope of services in accordance with all applicable codes.

Required Deposit
The Customer must pay a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount due before any work begins.

Hardware Store Trip Fee
A service fee of $50 will be added to the outstanding balance for each trip to the local hardware store required to complete the work.

Payment Upon Completion
The outstanding balance is due immediately upon completion of the work.

Same-Day Payment & Late Fee
All invoices must be paid in full on the same work day that the work is completed. If payment is received on the following business day, a $25.00 late fee will be added to the outstanding balance. No exceptions apply.
